How do you clear your yahoo search questions?

U can delete the history of search bar on ur homepage (whatever it is either Yahoo! or Google) by following this path. Tools%26gt; internet options%26gt; content%26gt; auto complete%26gt; clear forms. To stop the generation of history uncheck the box of forms.





To delete address bar history, follow this path. Tools%26gt; internet options%26gt; general %26gt; clear history %26gt; set the number of days to zero%26gt; ok.





U can delete the search history on ur yahoo toolbar this way. click the arrow in the search box. Select options, click clear history. Follow this path also. Pencil%26gt; toolbar options%26gt; uncheck the boxes of enable auto complete and enable history%26gt; ok.

TO Stop recent searches from popping up in the drop down menu on a search page.





Go to the site, click where you would type then push the down arrow


on your keyboard.


As you move your pointer over a word it is highlighted,


Highlight the word in the list then hold down the delete key on your keyboard.





You will have to do it on every page you searched on, Yahoo, Msn, Ebay, exct.


FyI what ever you type in the search bar at yahoo groups shows up on ebay's search bar!
In Internet explorer.. Click Tools, Internet Options, Content Tab, AutoComplete Button, Clear Forms Button.. You can also uncheck forms in here so searches don't get saved.. If you do.. You'll be asked later if you want to turn AutoComplete back on.. Click No..
