How do I clear the contents in the web search tool bar?

To clear the search history in the new Yahoo! Toolbar, click the down arrow on the right side of the Settings (avatar) button and click Clear Recent Searches. On the old Yahoo! Toolbar, click the pencil icon and click Clear Searches.





There are other ways, but the directions will be different depending on which browser you're using. This works no matter which browser you are using. If you want to clear the searches from the search box menu on Yahoo or Google pages, double click the search box, this will make a menu drop down with your searches, put your cursor on what you want to delete to highlight it, hit the delete button on your keyboard. If you want to delete everything just hold the delete button down until everything is deleted.

U can clear it by going to the top of ur browser where it says tool, and click on it ... then u must click internet options and a new window will come up.. on that window go to where it says browsing history and click delete and that is all u must do.....
