How I can clear the web search mummery?

If you use internet explorer go to the tools tab on the upper left hand side of the IE box, then internet options, delete cookies, clear history, thats all!!

Internet Explorer 6.0+


Go to Tools on your IE browser on top, Then click on Internet Options.


Delete your cache (temporary files), history, and cookies.


Then go to Content and click on AutoComplete Settings and clear all form.


If you dont want your fields to auto fill the forms, then you need to disable it in settings.





If you get Internet Explorer 7.0, you can just go to Tools, Internet Options and you will have the option to delete everything all at once with just one click.


Under Browse History, click Delete, and then Delete all.


It will clear everything.





For Netscape, Firefox, or Mozilla browsers -


Click on EDIT and then PREFERENCE.


First click on Privacy-Security/Cookies and delete your cookies.


Next click on Navigator-%26gt;History and delete your history. Then go to Smart Browsing in Firefox/Mozilla and clear forms.


Then click on Advanced, then Cache and delete your temp filesHow I can clear the web search mummery?
Right click mouse on the Internet Explorere icon on the desktop --%26gt; Properties--%26gt; Content tab --%26gt; in the Personal Information box click on Auto Complete Button --%26gt; in the Clear AutoComplete history click on Clear Forms.

For best results, close all your programs until the Windows Desktop appears.





Then right click on the Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop until its menu appears.





Now left click on the word Properties until the Internet Properties Window opens for you.





Then locate the three buttons entitled: Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear History.





Now click on each button and select OK each time Windows asks if you want to delete these files.





Then click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen to exit the Internet Properties window.
The easiest way in my opinion to clear *everything* is to download a program called CCleaner (www.ccleaner.com). Its totaly free. After you install, just right click the recycle bin and hit 'Run CCleaner'. It will quickly and easily delete all of your browsing history.
