If this is your question, then click on Tools at the top of Internet Explorer page, click on Internet Options, and delete History. it is also useful to delete cookies and temporary Internet files. However, if you delete cookies, then when you need to access an address, you would have to type the individual address in full as the cookies wouldn't be there.
