You can delete the history of search bar on ur homepage (whatever it is either Yahoo! or Google) by following this path. Tools%26gt; internet options%26gt; content%26gt; auto complete%26gt; clear forms. To stop the generation of history uncheck the box of forms.





You can delete the search history on ur yahoo toolbar this way. click the arrow in the search box. Select options, click clear history. Follow this path also. Pencil%26gt; toolbar options%26gt; uncheck the boxes of enable auto complete and enable history%26gt; ok.





To delete address bar history, follow this path. Tools%26gt; internet options%26gt; general %26gt; clear history %26gt; set the number of days to zero%26gt; ok.

If you are using Internet Explorer, do the following:


Go to Tools --%26gt; Internet Options


Select the tab, ';Content';.


Go to ';Personal Information';


Select ';Auto Complete'; button


And make sure there is no checkmarks in ';Web Addresses'; field.


Press OK.


Select the tab, ';General';


And clear the history again.





If you are using Firefox, do the following:


Go to Tools --%26gt; Options


Select the ';Privacy'; icon


Make sure the box labeled, ';Save information I enter in forms and Search Bar';, is unchecked.


Press the ';Clear Saved Form Data Now';.

USE THE DELETE BUTTON to remove the text that show up when you type something!
just go to tools, internet options, and clear your browsing history
Click in the space where you want to enter a word and click down so it brings up all the words. Highlight a word and press delete, doing this until all the words are deleted. You have to do this for each website you go to though...
